“ULTRAKLEN-1TM is a water based solvent free cleaner for industrial cleaning of components. Very effective for cleaning fine particles, oily surfaces, and other contamination’s from non-ferrous materials. This is a biodegradable, eco-friendly solution.

“ULTRAKLEN-1TM gives the best results with ultrasonic cleaning systems, jet spray, air agitation, tumble wash, barrel cleaning and mechanical scrubbing.

ULTRAKLEN-1TM is an ideal cleaner for non – ferrous materials like aluminum, brass, copper, etc.

For Best Results

  • With ferrous materials – 20ml/L to 30ml/L* (Mild Steel, cast lron, Stainless Steel, etc)
  • With non-ferrous materials – 10ml/L to 20ml/L* (Aluminum, Brass, Copper, Gold, Silver, etc)
    * Concentrations will vary depending on the contamination of the surface

Operating conditions (Temp)

50’C for Ultrasonic cleaning
60″C to 70″C for general purpose.

ULTRAKLEN-9TM also contains Rust Inhibitor and protects the surface of the components from Rusting after cleaning.

  • With ferrous materials – 30ml/L to 40ml/L* (Mild Steel, Cast lron, Stainless Steel, etc)
  • With non-ferrous materials – 10ml/L to 20ml/L* (Aluminum, Brass, Copper, Gold, Silver, etc)

KLENEx-36 gives the best results with ultrasonic cleaning systems, jet spray, air agitation, tumble wash, barrel cleaning and mechanical scrubbing.

KLENEX-36 contains rust inhibitor and gives rust protection on ferrous parts after cleaning.

For Best Results

  • With ferrous materials – 20ml/L to 40ml/L* (Mild Steel, Cast lron, etc)
